This symposium, hosted and supported by Kingston School of Art, explores how archives can remain relevant and accessible in a rapidly changing world. Using the Ben Kelly Design (BKD) Archive as a starting point, it examines how archives can inspire new ideas and practices across disciplines.

Through talks by experts in design and archival innovation, the event will consider how archives can serve as active resources for creativity, informing work in design, art, and beyond.

Convened by Professor Ben Kelly & Catherine Ince on behalf of Kingston School of Art

Speakers include Mat Bancroft, Sue Breakell, Sarah Douglas, Jonah Freud, Edward K. Gibbon, Georgia Haseldine, Onkar Kular, Sylvia Lavin, and Deyan Sudjic.
